Based in Telford, Shropshire, Recycle IT 4U was formed in 2004 to help organisations
dispose of electronic equipment in an environmentally friendly manner.
We are not a general waste disposal company our senior managers at Recycle IT 4U
have 30 years combined experience in the IT trade and are able to discern which
items are suitable for our refurbushment programme. They are also fully aware of
the importance of the secure disposal of data stored in whatever format.

The Services
WEEE Compliant Electronic Recycling

We are licensed to collect IT and Telecommunications equipment covered by Category 3
of the WEEE directive: PC’s, servers, monitors, network equipment, printers, photocopiers,
faxes, mobile phones, AV equipment, ancillary items and cables.

We offer a fast, efficient, friendly, secure service using our own vehicles and uniformed staff.

Items collected have their serial numbers and asset tags listed on a Certificate of
Disposal that is issued within 7 working days.

Recycling Process

We pride ourselves in refurbishing, reusing and recycling for spares and repairs as much as
possible, so equipment can have a second lease of life.

Any equipment not suitable for our refurbishment programme or spares, is separated and then
managed by our partner Sims Recycling, one of the world's largest waste management companies.
